The 2012 Ontario Hospice Palliative Care Conference

Sunday, April 29, 2012 to Tuesday, May 1, 2012.

Members of Hospice Palliative Care Ontario and past conference participants will be notified when registration opens.

The conference will be held at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel and Conference Centre. Information on room rates and booking will be posted when available.

Sponsors and exhibitors will have an opportunity to participate at the conference and support the Ontario hospice palliative care community. Please stay tuned for our sponsor and exhibitor package.
